LAST WEEK
The Jaspers posted a thrilling 14-13 triple-overtime victory over Wagner thanks to a Parker Giarratana goal at the 3:37 mark of the final extra session. The reigning MAAC Rookie of the Year found the back of the net three times while adding two assists. This year, Giarratana paces the squad with five goals and eight points. PELLETIER NAMED MAAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Freshman Trevor Pelletier earned his MAAC Rookie of the Week honors after scoring four goals with two assists over his first two collegiate matches. The Miami native opened his career with a goal and an assist against Bryant before scoring three goals with an assist in Manhattan's thrilling 14-13 triple-overtime win against Wagner. BRESSINGHAM MAKES AN IMMEDIATE IMPACT
Junior Joseph Bressingham won 18-of-26 face-offs in the victory over Wagner while adding a goal and 10 ground balls.
THROUGH TWO GAMES ...
Manhattan has won 61.9 percent (39-of-63) of face-off attempts after being victorious on just 35.4 percent (17-of-48) through two games a year ago.
RING THE BELL
Senior Connor Flannery was among a group of people invited to help ring the opening bell for the Nasdaq Stock Exchange as part of the One Love Foundation. The One Love Foundation was celebrating reaching over 100,000 people with their Escalation Workshop -- a training program that details warning signs of relationship abuse and how to handle them. 2002 MAAC CHAMPIONS TO BE RECOGNIZED
The 2002 Manhattan Men's Lacrosse Team, which won the lone MAAC Championship in program history, will be recognized at halftime of the Jaspers' game against Quinnipiac on Saturday, April 1 at 7:00 pm. For the complete article click HERE.
GIARRATANA TABBED PRESEASON ALL-MAAC
Giarratana, last year's MAAC Rookie of the Year and Second Team All-MAAC selection, was tabbed Preseason All-MAAC while Manhattan was selected to finish seventh.

THE OPPONENT
Robert Morris enters this weekend's tilt with a 1-1 record after besting Bellarmine 10-8 following a hard-fought 15-11 loss to No.15/No.14 Penn State. Adrian Torok-Orban paces the Colonials with four goals and three assists. Reigning MAAC Defensive Player of the Week Alex Heger made a total of 28 saves while compiling .549 save percentage in the RMU's first two games.
ALL-TIME VS. ROBERT MORRIS
The Colonials hold a 4-1 advantage in the all-time series and have won each of the last four meetings after Manhattan won the first match-up by a 10-9 count in overtime at Gaelic Park on February 22, 2008.

Robert Morris defeated the Jaspers 19-6 in Moon Township, PA despite three goals from Giarratana.
NEC ACTION
This weekend's contest will be the third of four matches against teams from the NEC.
WAGNER RECAP
With its 14-13 victory over Wagner, Manhattan improved to 15-1 advantage, all-time, against the Staten Island-based institution, including 7-0 at Gaelic Park.

The Jaspers' nine home matches in 2017 is the most in program history.

Kelleher returns 23 letterwinners, including 10 starters, from last year's squad.

Kelleher welcomes 19 newcomers to the roster this season, fueled by a 17-member recruiting class.

For the second year in a row, Kelleher will be assisted by the duo of John Odierna and Andrew Hodgson.

IT'S REALLY BEEN 15 YEARS???
This season marks the 15-year anniversary of Manhattan's 2002 MAAC Championship lacrosse squad. The Jaspers rolled to a perfect 7-0 league record before besting Saint Joseph's in the first round of the MAAC Tournament and Mount St. Mary's in the Championship.
TANNER INDUCTED TO HALL OF FAME
Eugene Tanner, '05 was inducted into the Manhattan College Athletic Hall of Fame this past winter. Tanner is the Japers' all-time leader in assists (89) and points (186), while his 98 career goals are second-most all-time. Tanner also was selected to the MAAC'S 35th Anniversary Second Team this past summer.
