EWING, N.J. – The Manhattan men's track and field team had its final tune-up before MAAC Championships at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on Saturday.

The men recorded a pair of top-five finishes and three other top-10 finishes.

Anu Awonusi finished fourth in the shot put with a best of 15.97m, which hits the IC4A qualifying standard. Pelle Nogueria crossed the line in fifth (3:57.97).

Brian Saul finished seventh (22.33) in the 200m and eighth (50.35) in the 400m.
Harrison Alonzo equaled Saul's seventh-place showing in the 400m (50.32).

Manhattan returns to the track next Saturday for the first day of the MAAC Championships.

PHILADELPHIA – On the final day of the Penn Relays, Manhattan ran in the 4x100 relay on Saturday.

Kaya Simpson, David Lopez,
Noah Jefferson, and
Larry McCullum finished seventh in a time of 41.70. The time is a season-best by a Jasper foursome this season.
