Manhattan University Athletics

BOSTON – Anu Awonusi and David Lozipone competed for the Manhattan men's track and field team in the shot put and the 3000m on the final day of the IC4A Championships.
 
Awonusi finished fourth in the shot put with a best of 16.38m. The graduate student was three inches back of third place.
 
Lozipone finished 37^th in the 3000m in a time of 8:25.44. The time is a personal best for the junior.
 
The men finished T24 with 11 points among the 44 teams who scored points.
 
The outdoor season is up next for the Jaspers. Manhattan is scheduled to open outdoor season later in March.
